Medigene complies with most of the recommendations and suggestions contained in the German Corporate Governance Code. After careful consideration, the Company decided in a few cases only not to adhere to the Code. The specific deviations from the Code are outlined and justified in the declaration of compliance given by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board.
